About Phil Heath Labs

Great to meet you.  I am Phillip Heath, 7x Mr. Olympia, CEO and the creator of Phil Heath Labs.

Everything we do at Phil Heath Labs is dedicated to providing you with the tools to hone your deepest strengths and activate your Super You.

You don't have to win Mr. Olympia to unleash the Super You.  You don't have to look like me or even want to look like me to create the very best version of YOU.

Achieving your Super You is the sum of “doing the right thing” not once, but consistently and habitually. Putting in the hard work day after day.

If you are ready to be the best version of YOU, it’s my pleasure to welcome you to Phil Heath Labs.

My team and I are committed to you every step of the way. With the incredible products and top-notch expertise to help you do remarkable things.  These are the same products I designed and use every day, so you know they have to be great.

Phil Heath

7-time Mr. Olympia

About Me

My lifelong athletic career began during my formative years in inner-city Seattle. It was there that I experienced first-hand the positive impact that athletics could have on at-risk youth and those affected by mental health issues.

Later, as a D-1  basketball player for the  University of Denver, I transformed his intense passion for athleticism and training style into a craft.

In 2003 I  began bodybuilding.  In 2005 I attained my professional status, winning the NPC Mr USA Overall title and later won my first two IFBB Professional contests, at the Shawn Ray Colorado Pro and the New York Pro in 2006.

Never one to settle, I worked my way to my first Mr. Olympia title in 2011 and continued to hold the title for seven consecutive years.

Currently, I live and train in Colorado, with my wife Shurie and our two dogs.  In addition to Phil Heath Labs, I enjoy traveling the world advocating for the sport of bodybuilding, as well as causes and initiatives benefiting at-risk youth and mental health issues.

And if you haven't heard the news, I have some unfinished business to attend to and am going for my 8th Olympia in December of 2020.

Some Unfinished Business

Here is why I felt like I had #UnfinishedBusiness and announced my return to @MrOlympiaLLC.

I felt that in my soul, I had some Unfinished Business that I needed to take care of.

I took a step back to reflect on my relationships, business, and bodybuilding.   It was through that introspection, in taking that time alone, I realized that with a clear mind and focus I simply HAD to get back and finish what I started and go for NUMBER 8.

If you guys are facing big pivots in your lives, careers, or relationships right now, I really encourage you to break everything down and go after understanding the “why” before you build back up or head in a new direction.

Remember that when committing to self-exploration, you will be forced to exhibit such vulnerability that you may feel uncomfortable, just like a dreaded leg day perhaps, haha.

What’s great about discomfort is that you have now opened your mind, body, and spirit to push through boundaries, dropping off dead weight so you can achieve your goals. I have applied this in my life and it has allowed me a new path in creating what I hope are triumphant moments on and off the stage.

We’re doing this together, let’s go.
